This was our 1st ever night away as a family this moring my little boy who has autism was having a complete meltdown about going in to the restaurant for his breakfast as there was music the night before and it really unsettled him I asked the lady in the restaurant would she mind if we ate in the lobby the lady was so kind to us took all out to us and there was no trouble made us feel so comfortable I can’t not thank this lady enough we will definitely be returning due to how the staff treated us The place was absolutely buzzing with family’s and the food was absolutely beautiful in the restaurant

I booked this as a little holiday before my son went back to school. We must have been upgraded to a suite because it was a massive room with two king sized beds and a huge bathroom with separate shower and bath. We had the best stay, he loved the swimming pool and although we didn’t use the steam room or sauna they looked really lovely and plenty of people using them. Tv had Netflix and a couple of other apps and plenty satellite channels. Staff were so friendly the whole time and my son who has special needs even commented on how lovely the staff were. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend.

The large family room was beautiful and had a lovely homely feel. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome to be there. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast both mornings. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection. We also went for dinner in the restaurant on the second night and the food was excellent. We used the swimming pool, which was great, the facilities were clean and perfect for families to use. We loved our stay and would definitely book here again.

But the main plus for him is the pool - you can use it as often as you want & for as long & doesn't need booked! It's open all day too. There is a small kids pool which is totally safe meaning I can get a swim in the big pool too!

Anytime we asked for anything including tea bags, towels or anything we needed we got it brought straight to our room. There is great parking and it's in a great location that was so easy to spot. Will 100% be back. The children even recieved a Christmas present.
